We gladly accept returns for most products that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 21 days of delivery. Items that cannot be returned include clearance goods, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale.
To start the return process, please contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This step is required for us to accept and process your package. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Refund amounts may be adjusted for shipping, restocking fees, or taxes. Sale and promotional items will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase. Exchanges may be arranged if the requested item is available, though additional fees may apply.
When returning an item, ensure that all packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories are included. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel and use a reliable, trackable shipping service. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
